    In true Charlie Z style- this is me about 5-6 weeks ago... Down from about 12 stone to 11... bit lighter now and lost more fat- but as you can see not a lanky streak of **** anymore.

    Hey don't worry mate its not a begging operation - just an idea. I'll find another way if its not succesful. Glad there is still interest though. :)

    Yes Prizefighter would be amazing- I asked Glyn Leach and Ian McNeilly to suggest me for the journeyman one their putting together but they've not really got too inviolved (though they did put me in touch with someone at matchroom- who never replied to my email) which I understand as i'm not exactly a journeyman and theres far more deserving candidates then myself for that, but ultimately yes. I just want a title. I want to win a championship from there will see what else I can do. Sparred some good lads of late and felt sharp and clever.

    Sure there's plenty of lads more talented then me but i'm a grafter and i've been training so hard it will take a good lad to beat me. I hope.

    Yep won't do 10 again I doubt. Maybe for a title - but I wouldn't want to go any lower. Part of my problem before was not enough presence in the ring.

    No, you look in pretty tidy shape at 154 so 140 would have to be unhealthy. 147 might be just about right.
