    most professional ref out there. knows the rules and enforces them in the proper manner. his focus and speed put him at the right place at the right time no matter the situation.

    This is a great thread.

    Its weird how universal his respect has become.

    Before I ever saw him mentioned much on ESB, he always got respect at our places among my friends. We always would say 'Get Bayless in here' when a ref is ****ing up, and he is without a doubt on the top of all our lists as far as refs go, at least active refs (I do like steve smoger)

    Its his ultimate professionalism that I admire, he just does his job..... and with class. And even with his relative fame (for a ref) he STILL hasnt injected himself into fights. He still only is part of the action when he is forced, and otherwise, remains professional and stays out of the way, with an eagles eye at all times.

    This man is the epitome of what a ref should be, IMO.

    If I had time (and a working copy of PS installed on my computer) I would reply with a Photoshop of KB sipping a Pina Colada on some pimp beach with crystal-white sand and some half-nekkid jailbait in a seaweed skirt fanning him with an oversized palm leaf.

    Sadly, I've got a RBR to do in about ten minutes and can't afford that software (and am too scared of viruses to look for a "key crack"). :verysad
