Age got to him, its easier to be in shape at a younger age. He got older and he gained weight even when training, he would have to go through a hardcore training to get in good shape and he doesnt have the motivation to do that.
That was Kirk on his best day & Oleg on his worst. The fact is Kirk was a decent puncher with good accuracy & speed but he never had enough to beat Lewis anyway.
