Just like being undefeated is overrated, so is the one career defining fight. Sometimes, someone just matches up well with an ATG. Taylor has two wins against Hopkins, a clear middleweight ATG, but he never ever dominated the division like Wlad dominates HW. Frazier has the immortal win over Ali, but could he have been champion for seven years like Holmes? Probably not, while Wlad has a real chance to get there.

Consistency is vastly underrated in boxing. Wlad now has a five year streak with his worst performance being a fight where he won 11 of 12 rounds. Ali came much closer to losing in 62 - 67 (Jones, Cooper) against lesser opponents than most of those Wlad has faced in his five year streak. Wlad will probably never have the one career defining fight, but he may come up with a title reign similar to Holmes.
