There is a maximum,under IBF rules they can't gain more than 10 lbs over the 168 lb limit on the morning of the fight.Andrade was right on the mark.They will prolly gain a few more till fight night:good

IMO bute should win, his speed/feet movement and equal size along with better abilty will give him the win on points.

where the fight is a danger to bute ,is unlike kessler he does not have a pole of a jab to stop andrade walking through him and make andrade have to reset all the time keeping andrade of balance.
it was the beauty and power of the kessler jab in there fight that proved andrade`s undoing on his timing.

bute will need to move his feet, give angles, side to side and not back up in straight lines.

harder fight for bute than kessler because of styles.

also bute cannot start off slow and move up the gears , he needs to be focused and ready to go from the start and fight at a high tempo as andrade will not need any excuse to come forward and let his hands go.

but bute is an excellent combination puncher/has fast hands /fast feet and can tee off on andrade , just cannot get careless doing it.

i see the fight as something like 116-112 and i beleive it will be a nice gell of styles and an entertaining fight with andrade landing a few and taking rounds when bute takes a rest but the more slillfull boxer will take the win.

i can only see bute winning on points to stop andrade would be quite something.

bute was stopped as an amatuer , but as a pro looked sound chin wise, berrio can crack and bute took a few no problems.

but pts for me in a fight i hope to see somehow tonight.

 

Good post. I think if it goes the distance, it will be 117-113 or even 118-112.

 

5 and a half hours before I quit home to go to the Centre Bell. I'll be there at the opening of the doors. It will still be a long time before Bute and Andrade fight, but it will be easier to wait there than at home.
