Seriously? I looked for it couple of months ago and couldn't find it. There was only Adamek-Briggs I and some links to the second fight which were inactive.

 

I have the fight with Byrd from polish TV and Grant-Golota from german. But i was courious what HBO commentators have to say about Golota in that fights.

 

Thanks man. I recently rewatched Byrd fight and Golota looked very good. IMO he easily won first half of the fight. And then he got his left arm injured. In later rounds he hardly use it. But still he should win by 2 or 3 points.

Prime Golota squashes Adamek like a bug.

golota fought a washed up bowe, did well, but did not have the winning ingredient. did not have the discipline to win, even when well in control. and it happened twice. yes they were big performances, but golota let himself down.

adamek's mental strength is far superior. he showed more vs briggs and cunningham than golota did in his entire career. adamek FOUND a way, against hungry, talented opponents, equals. he won 2 world titles and is a contender in a 3rd division. he has beaten up and comers with power and ability (banks), he has beaten former undisputed champs (bell). who cares if adamek can beat a 1996 golota - i don't see why he should be measured against that.

golota may be compelling but he is a loser and usually finds a way to lose. the bowe and witherspoon fights got him plenty of coverage, made him a name, but his career has not exaclty been a success. adamek may go on to achieve mainstream coverage, and mainstream success, if he brings his form up in weight. it won't be easy but all he has to do is beat smeone like arreola and haye.

 

surely someone will be recoridng it. for instance, won't there be a live feed, for the polish TV? surely there is money to be made out of the fight, from polish TV?

 

Polish tv Polsat signed the contract with adamek and they're showing all his fights live , even on the web on ipla.pl (not available in the us thou)

 

So many people play that "washed up" card when in reality Bowe was coming off a win against the one and only Evander Holyfield. Let's be real, no version of Bowe could have beaten Golota at that point in time.

Bowe's best chance would have been to "rush" big Andrew, or hope Andrew had a seizure or somehting like that.

 

I doubt you will ever get another chance for taking photo with Adamek
... unless you will be like a squashed bug on it

This how well prepared now is Adamek to his fights and the fact that he weights 100kg and looks very good show how much effort he had to give to make the LHW limit... I think that his lost to Dawson is the best thing that happened to him. He is now able to show his true boxing ability.
