Hard.. I've seen guys who train with me do pizza without crust, sandwiches without oil, mayo and multigrain bread, or do sandwich and take off half of the bread.. When I don't have to go home and cook I do that sandwich thing a lot.
Balance is often what you are born with. I can't do grappling for **** but when I did train in MMA, I'd always been told I had excellent balance, especially on one leg. (think one leg grabbed, pivot/push/bow kind situation) But! I think there are some excercise that can help you maximize your inner ear by getting those small muscles co-ordinated and strong. Standing on those balance ball things, holding kick stances with leg chambered one one leg, doing a lot stretches where you have one leg up..
