The morons which thought otherwise won't comment now, as it's 100% clear that Joshua wasn't even touched, let alone 'hurt'.

Even the commentators were like "Joshua's hurt" lol

It's just that some movements can make it look like a fighter is hurt when on fact they weren't even hit... It just looks that way in live action...

Parker was never beating Joshua, only fools thought otherwise!

So why did your hero clutch his face in pain while looking to the ref to stop Parker from carrying on with his onslaught in the 3rd round if he wasn't ever hurt and looking for protection?

Parker charges in and head butts him and follows up with a grazing left hook. AJ complains about the butt not the hook. Ref steps in and tells them to watch their heads which a common thing for a ref to do after a head clash. You claim AJ tended to his own tape to ''buy time''? What reason would he have to buy time? He was never hurt and was never going to gas in a slow pace fight against a guy who was doing little more than shadow box in front of him and all he had to do was poke the jab out every now and then. He could have gone another 12 rds that night at that pace. AJ took it upon himself to fix the tape because the ref didn't do his job. How long have you been watching boxing? Better still how long have you been watching boxing with only one eye.

You know damn well Parker didn't headbutt anyone. He hasn't got it in him to do that.

If you want to see what a headbutt looks like, I suggest you watch some clips of Andre Ward.

And if you want to see underhand illegal tactics, watch in round 12 when Joshua uses his elbow to slice the side of Parker's face wide open.

As for loosening the tape, it happened several times during the fight, and it's up to his god damn corner to ensure they are taped up securely. He needed those breathers because he was getting pumped to the body throughout the fight by Parker.

As for not being hurt, Joshua is a come forward fighter. You don't start retreating unless you are hurt, the HBO commentators who were there at ringside picked up on the fact that your boy was hurt

And then there is beautiful body shot which wobbled your boy back and made him recoil in pain. Lucky for him it was at the end of the round.

So much for never being hurt!

It's called a head butt. It used to be called a head clash but for more than 10 years (probably before your time) it has been referred to in boxing as a head butt wether intentional or not. I prefer head clash because to me head butt infers intent. I am not suggesting it was an intentional head butt when it was clearly accidental just the fact you didn't see it at all and you actually thought AJ was complaining about getting hit. Lol. Did you not see the ref pointing to both their heads? So save your breath on the the head butt lectures already. You need to get a better grip on the sport if you think AJ was looking for a rest with tape. Ffs he had a foot of tape hanging off and the ref ignored it. He out landed JP to the body and finished the last 3 rds full of running and could have gone on indefinitely. If he was so hurt to the body then why did he immediately fire back with the left and why did JP back right off? Neither fighter was remotely hurt, AJ didn't gas and he didn't complain about anything other than a head butt. The refs interference favored JP more than AJ. AJ is not my boy. I wanted Parker to win.

Don't think I'll be forking out for a Joshua PPV again after that referee display, other than the Wilder fight. Very protected, but I don't think it altered the result in this fight.

I saw the fight & have been impatient to get back online to put my 2 cents in.
Joseph Parker never had a chance. He was beaten before the opening bell. That clown, I refuse to call him a referee, was put in there deliberately to stop Parker fighting. He was a scapegoat folks are blaming him but he was only following instructions. He was INCOMPETANT!!. It ended up a very close fight anyway, to a knowledgeable boxing fan that is, not to corrupt judges.. Let em fight again in Texas with honest officials but AJ wont dare do that

I get some people hate AJ on here but this type of threads are pretty much over the top.

Least make them a bit amusing like the Wilder Nichols threads so we can have a good laugh...
