Isn't Golovkin fighting Isidia the same kind of thing as Geale vs Mundine? Except Mundine and Geale have history? Anywho... Thi$ i$ Boxing. The only thing that relates to this subject is Golovkin is still a World Champion of a division that has rankings. If you're a ranked top 10 fighter in the WBA, isn't it your objective to seek a title match? It just feels like sometimes Golovkin has a belt nobody wants. If he makes a match with any top 10 little known boxer, that would look better for his image.
People make it seem like he's ducking 160 pounders but he's calling everybody out from 154- 168 Thing is I haven't seen one person come out saying GGG is ducking them so based off that im lead to bealive finding him a opponent isnt very easy as some may think.
If i had to guess Isidia was the biggest name they could get from 154-160 to fight him on such short notice.
Hard to believe legit guys will take a fight with him on short notice, for little money and off tv, when they're unwilling to fight him on hbo for good money and with a full camp.

It's called a stay busy fight and yes the division is ducking him. Quillin said "it's not the right time..." Yeah we know Quillin,you struggled with a middle of the road champ like N'dam,you would be bashed to hell by Golovkin. Lou Dibella gets angry when someone even mentions Golovkin! Geale was planning on fighting a 38 year old Soliman instead of Golovkin but then opted to fight Mundine. No matter what,he steered clear of the G man. Sergio is out still. Chavez Jr is a lazy pothead. Who else is there? Sturm? He blatantly ducked for what? 6 months or longer! HAHA! When one of those bums get a title they milk it until the end of time rather than risk it! Notice how none of those MW title holders even tried to unify anything! Those guys want to milk their titles against bums forever. Sturm,Geale (stripped of WBA title for refusing GGG) Edwin Rodriguez was offered a fight and turned it down etc All these guys are looking for a pay day.
You know this site is the only one who reported it as Geale wanting a fight with Soliman, every other site said Soliman wanted to fight Geale and that the IBF robbed them of his chance, allowing him to fight Mundine... Edit: I stand corected. I found other sites, lol.
actually Ishida for a stay bussy fight is pretty awesome as it will answer a few more questions about GGG... after all Ishida has been a common opponenet to a few A/B fighters... Paul williams, Pirog, Kirkland. If you can't get a fight against: Rubio, Martinez, Quillin or Geale then this fight is equally as good as other fights (as far as entertainment value and comparing the result with other fighers Ishida fought). from a business point of view... Ishida is also a good choice because he is more known then many other middleweights after the exposure he received beating kirkland, fighting PW and Pirog.
What questions is Ishida going to answer? That Golovkin punches harder than Paul Williams did? That's some extremely valuable information! I agree though, it makes a great deal of sense business-wise, as those infamous Ishida followers in Monte Carlo will likely pack the stands for this one.
