The odd thing about Ben Davison, is that he did a good Job with Fury's return.

When you consider the horrific state Fury was in, booze, drugs, incredibly overweight....Davison did a great job, fitness wise, to get him in the shape he was in for that 1st Wilder fight.

He outboxed Wilder comfortably, and somehow found that energy to get off the canvas in the 12th, and then take the fight to Wilder, which is where he actually figured out how to comfortably win the 2nd fight by KO.

I'm not trying to claim he's some incredible trainer, far from it, but it's a surprise to see a fighter of his not put the work in fitness wise, when he did such a good job getting Fury back into shape from where he was at.

All he did was help Fury lose the weight. Fury already is very talented with a lot of natural ability.

The Wilder 1 fight was Fury doing what he already knew how to do (in considerably worse fashion than he’d done previously)
