    Shame they can't throw him straight in with Anderson after Wanderlei because as soon as they match him against a Sonnen or a Munoz he's toast.

    While obviously not of their caliber, Cung is a good wrestler too. Neither Sonnen nor Munoz have the submission abilities to submit Cung so I think he would give both of them a run for their money grappling wise. He would fight against takedowns and pick them apart on their feet.

    Now, a jiujitsu guy like Jake Shields or Damien Maia would be much more dangerous if they could get Le to the ground and work submissions.

    Cung Le is quality and will beat Wanderlei Silva, now that Wandy is shot.

    But the top mw's in the UFC such as Sonnen, Belfort and probably Munoz would beat him. He won't make it to a title shot unless Dana really wants him to have one.

    Le vs Stann would be fun once Le gets by Wandy, if indeed he does.

    Cung can wrestle. I think it's the jiujitsu players that will give him more trouble than the wrestlers.

    I like Cung a lot, but him knocking the hell out of Wandy at this point means little. Wand is a legen I always root for as well, but he's taken too much damage over the years. Good to see Cung getting a chance to go for the huge fights, but wish he'd done it years ago when he had his youth.

    I agree that a fight with Wanderlei means little at this stage but the two have the right styles to make for a classic fight. I was much more excited about a fight between Cung and Vitor Belfort - but it's too bad that Vitor had to back out due to injuries.

    They "had" the perfect styles. Wand can't take classic punishment anymore. It would have been a classic fantasy fight like 5 years ago or so, but now if Cung loses to Wand I will be feeling real real stupid. Too bad those knees are gone or Wand might be more dangerous still.
