I swear I was going to post my prediction that Golota would be stepping into this fight for something like this. The next day, it's happening!!

Let's hope Andrew has been training and he's ready for something like this.

I don't know how you can prepare to fight this giant. I saw his fight with Liakhovich and he looked much better than I'd ever seen him. This isn't going to be easy. But if the opportunity is there, you've got to take it.

    Two words: BODY WORK

You're not knocking that guy out by headhunting. His head's too big. He can take a hell of a punch.

According to joecool, he has been.

And even if he hasn't, he's in decent enough shape and usually does better on these short notice fights, like with Byrd.

This is it! The moment we've waited over 12 years for is just around the corner!

They'll know this, and Golota is one of the best at working the body amongst big men.

Does anyone know if they can strip Chagaev for an injury? With his history they probably should, but can they?

    They should strip Chagaev.

Its the third time in less than a year that he pulls out of a fight due to injury. First against Ibragimov and now twice against Valuev.

Agree 100%. I've always said that you could hit that ugly freak russian square in the face with a 2x4 & he'd just smile.

I've been pre-occupied with job hunting. Very exhausting & depressing. But this lifts my spirits, somewhat. Like you said, NOBODY knocks that freak out, so Golota will have to slow him down to the body & then Michael Grant him to the head. I just hope AG doesn't break his hand on that neanderthal skull. As long as Golota doesn't get caught with a freak missle, he should be able to out point him. Remember, even at 40, Golota has more boxing skill in his dick then Valuev will ever dream of having.

    (((((((((((((GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
    GOOOOOOOOOLOOOOOTAAAAAAAA)))))))))))))))

    :happy :happy :happy

9 days to get ready for the BIGGEST, Ugliest challange of his life.

Russian & Poles are not the best friends in the world, so this could be something special, if Golota takes it personally.
