No doubt, bull**** move from Floyd especially because the 2 pounds would have been fairly easy for him to drop I'm sure.

Anyway, the fight provided enough info to basically eliminate the need or desire for them to ever fight again at any weight. That's really all that matters.

The coloreds are simply too slick and too black. Canelo can be hit, and from what I saw of Trout and Cotto, Trout is not just going to sit there and be bullied. I see Trout busting the fake Mexican up. Canelo can look good against certain fighters, but Trout is just too big for him to chop down.
Guerrero just has no chance at all. He's going to be stopped

Of course he is. The only thing I can see Trout having a real advantage over Canelo is Stamina, and even then, hopefully Canelo's team has worked on it.

Blending seems to be in fashion these days, so if we blend "blackness" and "slickness"
    , we get two results:

    slickness + blackness = "slackness"

    blackness + slickness = "blickness"

    Which is more appropriate?

Have you seen guerrero's big nose and super ethnic looking Mexican papi? If there was a tour around America to find the quintessential Mexican, in terms of looks, he would be that destination.

But in the second fight Oscar was doing his best impression of slick black, hence his success. He knew he couldn't fight like a real Mexican against mosley, as mosley is known for beating the hell out of those who implement what has come to be known as the mexican style of fighting.
