Briggs said in an interview he's paying local papparazi $50 for hints on Wlads whereabouts. He got the tip that Wlad is on the lake every morning. So Briggs paid a couple hundred bucks, rented a boat and his cousin was filming with iphone.

Which is why Briggs was allowed into the weigh in and pre-fight press conference, right? Give me a break. Vladimir would never stoop to such stupid antics. Briggs is just a nut job.

Exactly. If Wlad was conspiring with Briggs then we'd at the VERY least have seen Briggs crash the post-fight presser. Briggs tried to storm into the ring after Pulev was counted out but Wlad's bodyguards held him down.

 

When people first suggested that someone in Wlad's camp was telling Briggs where he would be to build a potential fight, I didn't want to believe it, it seemed too ludicrous to be possible but with the recent change in position and Briggs now being seen as a possible opponent I am thinking I was too naive.

I still don't want to think that they are seriously considering this but I wouldn't be surprised if it did happened.

The same way he always knows where Wlad is (outside of fight nights). They've both been in on the fiasco from the very beginning. It's easy for a promoter to get a fighter ranked in the HW division.

Wlad and his brother don't just fight, they are also promoters. Vits has retired and gone into politics, but he's still very much a promoter himself. They want a KO win over Briggs on their resume because Vitali REALLY wanted to stop Briggs that night. After the fight, he allegedly went back to the locker room "wanting answers" and not understanding why he couldn't get Briggs to go down.

Everybody knows Briggs has no business in the ring with Wlad fours years following that life threatening beating he took from Vittles, so this "farce" with Briggs was staged because Briggs can't work his way up the rankings the right way these days -- he'd lose along the way to a top 10 guy.

Briggs needs money badly now, so he's selling his "name" to be put down as a KO win on a Klitschko brother's resume. It's business, but the fans are being duped into not criticizing Wlad for this awful fight that he doesn't have to take. They wanted it all to look like Briggs was begging and goading him into a fight, which is less than half true.

-Briggs is one hapless opponent... and the brothers know it.

-Briggs probably couldn't legitimately earn a mandatory position these days, and he knows it. He just wants to cash in on a voluntary because he's desperate for a payday, just as much as they are desperate to get a KO over him in the Klitschko family. I suppose it washes.

 

I heard something about Briggs hiring Paparazzi.
