The only reason people dislike the Klitschkos here

It's actually 2 reasons but they both center on the same basis.

    1) The Klitschkos are not American
    2) The Klitschkos don't fight in the US

Every other "reason" people have to dislike the Klitschkos is really centered around this. I think some examples would do well.

    1. The Klitschkos are "boring". Then what is Floyd Mayweather? An American, so he can't be boring! (Anyway, Vitali is one of the most exciting fighters in HW history. Mayweather isn't boring either but his career is more focused on winning just like the Klitschkos)

    2. The Klitschkos have been exposed. This is great considering that nearly every ATG HW like Ali, Foreman, Tyson, and Frazier have lost big bouts and still get called great is amazing. (Anyway, Wlad hasn't lost a single bout let alone a few rounds since changing his style and Vitali has never truly lost throughout his entire career)

    3. The Klitschkos fight weak opposition. This is funny considering that Mike Tyson feasted on weaker opposition but gets credit for being unstoppable in his prime. (Both Klitschkos have faced the best available just like Tyson)

The overall point is this. The underlying reason for the Klitschko hate is because of not fighting in the US/ not being American. The other criticisms that people believe justifies their hate can be attributed to every single great American boxer in history. The justifications are also mostly irrational too. Basically, you don't like the Klitschkos because they are Ukrainians fighting in Germany. If you have another reason, it's built on that basis.

If Wlad was born in the UK the British posters would probably already have him top 3 all time.

The Klits have fought in America more often than Froch. However, Froch is incredibly well liked in America.

The difference? Froch fights like a warrior.

Wlad's boring. That's it. You can argue the other points, but his fight with Haye was his last chance over here and he let the smaller guy run around all night. No real ATG lets Haye finish on his feet.

Your troll thread can now end.

They are boring as **** in the ring. End of. And comparing Floyd's in the ring performances to Klits shows you dont know what you're talking about, or you're trolling. His career is more focused on winning like the Klits, that's your comparison? :rofl :rofl  :rofl

One reason for me about Wlad is, his talent is limitless but he somehow is terribly boring because of his safety first style and his fear of his chin(which isnt bad as he believes it is).
He has the tools to be very very entertaining but somehow his stinks up most of his fights, even vs Mormeck there was 16 clinches in first round and Wlad loves that, he could have keep Mormeck of with a jab at least but no lets see hug fest...
Wch fight was good he opened up more and it was nice to see, but lets wait and see if thats one time thing because of Wach level and the fact it was fight for Emanuel, but i hope he fights like that in the future.

    Stupid thread.

If you are a crowd pleaser you will make it big in America, doesn't matter where the fighter is from. ... Just look at GGG

Nonsense. Mayweather is American, I don't see any love there. Same goes for Roy Jones Jr. in his prime and many others. It's the British fans that support their athletes all the way regardless of style or whatever.

If he wasn't so talented, he wouldn't be so disappointing. You look at Wlad and think "this guy could do some damage" only for it to be paw and grab, paw and grab.

I was genuinely hoping he would grow a set and KTFO Haye. With all that trash talk, I'm 100% confident all the other heavyweight champs would have. Wlad just let him flop around. Never once did he up the aggression.

If you don't know what the golden age is then you have issues. A heavyweight division packed with competitive fighters is what a golden age really is. Sadly, the division hasn't seen that in years.

:yep He gave way to much respect to Haye he should have stopped him and he would if he pressed more, specially since Hayes stamina is **** he should have stopped him at least late in the fight, prime Vitali would stop Haye in six but younger brother just has some safety pin in his brain.
