Yo, Pummler, whatz uuuuuup??? Time for some PolskiBoxingNews! Gotta be something going on with one of our boys... :huh I'm glad I made your day with my "SHOW STOPPA" comment about that Polish villlage in Liverpool! That guy disappeared real quick.
On one of Polish boxing sites fans can post their questions to Pawel Wolak (if are registred). Interview is going to take place on beginning of August. If you would like to ask a question I'll PM you the site
Wolak scheduled to fight August 31st in AC New Jersey versus TBA. Recently released Dawid Kostecki(WBC#7 Lightheavy) may get signed and promoted by Seminole Warriors Boxing.Warriors Boxing promotes fighters like O'Neill Bell,Glen Johnson,Krzysztof Wlodarczyk and Oliver McCall.
I guess he's with both. He's listed on both Hammer Knockout Promotions and Seminole Warriors Boxing as being active in there stable of fighters.
Kostecki is not a bad fighter at all. From what i have seen he is a pure pressure power puncher. In his one loss he took on an opponent that had never been down so he tried like hell to do so dropping the Frenchman once only to completly gas and get stopped himself. He shot his load trying to stop this guy and paid for it.He can learn, improve and correct his mistake. Kostecki isnt A level but he can improve and put up a good fight with some of the better 175 lbers and even given the right opportunity(Silvio Bronco)could win something minor even an EU title.
Football season right around the corner. Just watch and see how many people will be jumping on the Niners bandwagon this year. I stress out and get excited on every play in Football much like i do when watching Boxing. It's go to be unhealthy.
Kostecki had him on the canvas but mediocre frenchman never was hurt. Kanfoua(sp?) knocked him out with one punch. Kostecki has no defence and no stamina. His fairly quickhanded and has some power (not much tho) but if he fouth Ulrich for example he would got KO'ed cold. He probably won't improve, just look on Wlodarczyk, with Hammer's training and matchmaking politics he won't improve.
