Łukasz is one of the worst sounding names to non Polish speaking people... Woo-kosh. Not even close to "Luke".

Thing is they live in Poland..

and even if they didnt it still looks stupid, big Americans now, moved 1 year ago and don't remember how to speak Polish. I see it all the time.

Yep, the "Wielki Amerykan" syndrome. Nevertheless, Poland does need to westernize as much as possible and get the people to speak more English, especially in the big cities. English is a must!

You can go to any major Polish city and most of the young people will know at least some English.. just as much as in other nations anyways. As far as the syndrome, it is spot on. Watch Sczesliwego Nowego Jorku, funny as **** movie, but so true.

Golota Adamek tickets on sale already. For as big of a deal as this fight is, it is pretty quiet about it to be honest.. even in the Polish media. I know it is still more then a month away, but it seems sometimes like the fight isnt even happening.

I guess it will start getting hyped more in the last 2 weeks before the fight.

At first, Łukasz is the coolest Polish name ! No doubt about it ! :D

Secondly, well I thought it's not so bad if you mean english skills of Poles, but if guests from abroad complain that nobody on the street can tell them how to get to Eurobasket arena, it's sad. But I think it improves every year. Years ago in schools there was Russian language as a main foreign one, now it's english now and year by year should be better, I hope so..

    3. Pudzian ! on press conference Najman quoted Mike Tyson's coach - Cus D'Amato, who said that 200lbs man can KO anyone, then Pudzianowski replied that 'Do Tysona to Ci troche brakuje' :D Pudzianowski weights 310lbs, Najman about 130. Mariusz mu najebie. Also Pudzian said it's not his last fight in MMA. Pudzian vs. Lesnar or Bob Sapp would be nice to watch. 2 koxy ...

Guests from abroad can **** off. They are in Poland and they expect everybody to speak English? We have our own language. They can go learn Polish.. You don't see Poles goin to England expecting jebane Angole to speak Polish to them.

English is a must for Poland, especially since they're in the EU. Learn English and learn it well, or fall behind.

Louf~ is right, English is everywhere the **** now :D we have to.. I don't demand people, especially young, to know German (I hate) or French, but English is universal for anywhere in the world, so it's better to know it. In Scandinavian countries 15 years old guys know it perfectly, so if they can, why can't we, Polacy ?

Yes, any "Germanic" country you visit in Europe "English" is standard and it's much easier for them to learn and speak as it is closely related to English. For the Polish it's harder but if the Chinese and Japanese can do it so can Poland!
