round 9 - I'd give to Mariusz. He needs to knock Georgian out to win.

Well, title shot is also success. :)

It's going to be a very good year for Polish boxing :
    - Adamek in HW as Champion
    - Sosnowski in HW as European Champion
    - Masternak in CW
    - Wlodarczyk in Super6 (maybe with Masternak...)
    - Kostecki with title shot in Light Hw. (it's all he can get, maybe EBU, it's all for him)
    - Wilczewski as European Champion in S.Midll (title shot will be very difficult afrter S6)
    - Proksa with title shot for EBU in Middle
    - Wolak with title shot in light middle (or big fights with Clotter, for example).
    - Jackiewicz with title shot for EBU in welter...

****! We should add guys like Fonfara, Wach, Majewski or even Kolodziej, they can have some really good fights in this year too.

We hadn't have pro-boxing in 1946-1989 and now after twenty years Poland can be very strong.

What can i say? POLAND - FIRST TO FIGHT!!

Hey guys, do you know what is Wolak's nationality (right now) ? Is he polish, american or polish-american (if something like it is able of cours) ? I myself dont like the fact that in the post fight interview he didnt say a world in polish. He could say something like 'pozdrawiam kibiców' or something like that IMO. Damn, he propably speaks better english than polish right now.

Not sure about his background, but given some pics I've seen of him when he was a kid, it looks like he was raised in the US for the most part. He graduated high school there, anyways.. He has no accent at all in English.. actually he even has a Brooklyn accent, so that just indicates even more he spent a good portion of time in the U.S.. I would guess since he was a kid. He does come out and fight under the Polish flag, though, which is good. He probably does speak slightly better english then polish.. i won't bull**** i do too, and im as polish as they come. But in polish it's only my grammar that's a bit off, not much of an accent.. altho some say i sound like max kolonko, but i don't think its that bad. lol.
