If Anthony Joshua has one more loss, he will retire. The same is true of Deontay Wilder. Joe Joyce is one more humiliating loss away from retirement. Zhang won't be fighting much longer.

Some poorly-managed boxers like Jalolov, despite their talent, may retire because they cannot have meaningful pro fights.

Ginjiro is confirmed and Ioka retiring at the end of the year won't be surprising, and Higa mentioned retiring and given the age I won't be surprised for Kyoguchi as well...but of all the Japanese fighters mentioned I don't see Akui retiring. He's taking a long break which ls understandable given the sustained damage, but I see him staying in for another stab at a belt.

No clue WTF Tanaka is up to these days.

Tony Harrison hasn’t fought since the vicious loss to Tim Tszyu. That was two years ago so he might also be done.

Arsen Goulamirian - Doubt it, he'll fight again next year, an then 2 years after that.

Kosei Tanaka - Nope, no reason to call it quits, he's still young and his match against Cafu should've been a draw.

Kazuto Ioka - Sure, although if he wins his retirement match, if the money is right he might do another one.

Miguel Marriaga - Journeyman at this point, he should, but he won't.

Josh Taylor - A 4 round fighter who should, but his ego won't allow it.

Yury Kashinsky - No one cares, but I doubt it,

Caleb Plant - He's an overrated detestable egotistical cretin, but he won't. Ego too large.

Jermell Charlo - I hope so, but he won't, even after Resendiz beats him senseless.

Hiroto Kyoguchi - No reason to, he got stiffed against Paras and the Olascuaga loss was near even.

Daigo Higa - **** no, Higa likes to fight, win or lose, he's in for the long haul.

Norair Mikaeljan - No reason to, he's officially lost thrice, but should be undefeated.

Chainoi Worawut - A competitive loss to Sam Goodman means nothing, of course not, he's 27.

Yuttapong Tongdee - Unless his pride has been obliterated, I highly doubt it.

Johnny Fisher - No reason to, heavyweights get KTFO frequently, then they come back and get KTFO some more.

Arthur Villanueva - Probably should, but seems to dig being a journeyman.

Kwanpichit OnesongchaiGym - Certainly should, but with Thais, they never seem to want to retire.

Anselmo Moreno - I sincerely hope so, he should have years ago.

Yoan Boyeaux - No reason to, he hasn't taken that much damage in his career.

Karim Guerfi - I really wish he would, he's so fragile looking, but he's an upset machine, which will always give him hope.

Jezzrel Corrales - Should, but as long as he can make dough in Panama he won't.

    Danai Ngiabphukhiaw - He's 25, absolutely not.

Yonatan Guzman - Thought he already had, until I saw him listed on Boxrec the other day. He won't.

Nawaphon Sor Rungvisai - Probably should but won't.

Aran Dipaen - No reason to he can hang around and take several more L's before calling it quits.

Samartlek Kokietgym - He should, but probably won't.

Tô Phi Vinh - Never seen him, who knows?

Ryota Yamauchi - He's 30, no reason to retire.

Seigo Yuri Akui - Deserves a rematch against Ken Shiro, I doubt he retires regardless.

Artem Dalakian - No reason to. Doubtful.

The Fisher's even have a following here in Australia I could see Eddie putting him on one of his shows out here against an Aussie domestic level heavyweight.

That was the original plan until “His Excellency” Turki Al-Sheikh wanted to make Johnny Fisher vs Dave Allen on the Usyk-Fury II card because he wanted more people to travel to Riyadh.

I think Hearn mentioned after Fisher lost the rematch to Allen that Fisher will have a fight in Australia at some point as was the original plan. Whenever the next Australian card comes up after June 8 don’t be surprised to see Fisher appear on the undercard.

Kosei Tanaka was a commentator last time for the fight of Takahiro Tai vs Ryusei Kawaura when you're a commentator in Japan that's mean you're retired or almost retired.

Also he don't post anything on social network and last time it was a picture for say that he is back in his hometown in Gifu Prefecture (which in just mean literally the Chukyo Monster is over "Chukyo" = Nagoya), also his older brother who is a amateur boxer just announced his retirement like her cousin she is a professional ice dancer and she announces his retirement too. That can definetely influence his decision.

Why would Akui retire, most people think he's the #1 flyweight in the world

It was the JBC, right? I am guessing they made some sort of a statement due to the craniotomy.

I wonder if Louis Ortiz will retire. Pro fighting in your 80s is surely a bit dangerous.
