The problem I have with Canelo

canelo got his out the mud.
From the beginning he was a 15 year old professional fighting grown men in Mexico.

after he lost to Mayweather he adopted the careful opponent selection & catchweight nonsense.

that is how PPV stars are manufactured in the current era, the Mayweather / Al haymon blue print.

The difference is he is fighting 3-4 times a year & most of his opponents being world level if not elite competition.

 

True, GGG never had his back against the wropes.
