Regardless of where he lives, now, I see him as a Mexican heavyweight. And probably the best Mexican heavyweight to date.

Exactly. I'm looking forward to tonight's American Heavyweight showdown. Walker has better experience but this is when Arreola is supposed to shine, if he's ever going to shine that is.

The Heavyweight division is barely watchable. The fans aren't getting competitive fights, and that's because we only have 2 very talented fighters, and the rest don't seem to want to get in shape or they just don't have the ability.

I still don't find Wladimir or Vitali to be particuarly special, but they deserve credit for going out there and getting the job done. It isn't there fault there's nobody to fight.

i hope arreola destroys him.... i think im pretty good at rating up-and-comers and ive thought arreola could be real good (he will never beat one of the klitschkos.)

his weight is an issue, especially as he keeps getting bigger fights and it doesnt seem to motivate him more... his weight will catch up to him real fast if he doesnt watch it, but if he soes i think he sould be a top 3 HW behind the klitshkos..

arreola at his peak could take out the chinny haye only if he takes boxing as seriously as haye does

 

:nono I beg to differ, both are unique & a good challenge to any Heavy head to head in history.

Legacy is another story since as you mentioned, there really isn't any "name" fighter for either Klitschko's legacy. Rahman is old & more risk than reward, Briggs is the same story, Tua is shot & Arreola can't get his fat ass into shape. He has talent, but.

 

Haye is an example of a fit Heavy.

 

it should show that wlad and vitali are respectable HWs b/c a unified KO artist cruiserweight is coming up and hardly anyone gives him a shot against the klitsch bros....

 

Wladimir's chin makes him vunerable to the likes of Foreman, Liston, Frazier, Tyson, and Lewis. They all knock him out, in my opinion.

His brother fairs better.

Even if you were correct on every HW you mentioned, that would put Wladimir no less than #5 head to head all time.

Even I don't rate him that highly - yet anyway.

 

wlads 6'5 245 with a VERY hard jab, left hook and straight right...

wlad had defence issues not chin issues, ALL HWS get kod sometime or another and mostly again its from bad defence...

if wlad keeps his distance with the jab and blasts them with left hooks and straight rights when they come in he could definatly hit lewis with a shot (like rachman did) that would knock him out
