I put Haye on the fence. You think I should give him the nod?

I think he's slick. He has very advanced head movement. There was even a fight where he knew how to duck well below the waist almost into a squat the way Pernell did it.

Slick fighters don't spend every round of the fight tryna give some low fast twitch muscle fibers east euros head.

Tommy Loughran wasnt too bad... he was good at controling distance and timing, and hed calculate lot of his opponents style. lot of grabbing too, he'd use elbows plenty. think he adapted his style towards more cautious rangy boxer once it was clear his jaw was frail.

Floyd is still one of my favorite boxers. Amazing defence and skills. Watching that video, I'm also surprised how good Dela Hoya still was in 2007. He had the perfect game plan and was in good shape - not weight drained. Although Mayweather won, the fight was competitive (8-4 or 7-5 if I remember correct). Oscar used his strength and power by throwing only 5-6 punch combinations if he opened up, partially negating Floyd's great defence. He also waited until he had Floyd cornered or on the ropes.

Miguel Canto and Howard Winstone are great shouts from the past.

Currently, Miguel Vazquez is a good shout. Slick Mexican boxer. :good

Miguel Titere Vazquez deserves to be mentioned. He is slick, yet he is Mexican (rare breed)

Btw, I believe Erik Morales, during his prime, can be slick if he chooses to. So was Marquez.

slick is ability to make miss, adapt during a fight, be versatile, and have an understanding of timing and distance. it It is what allows to consistently neutralize an opponent's advantages each fight.

Tyson was slick, but in a very aggressive way.
