Nightmare for Brook and if he thought Carson Jones the first time around beat him bloody, just wait till he's feels Porters pressurse. Kell Brook is too basic for a aggressive guy like Porter and he's definitely a better boxer than Alexander.

 

Agreed however Brook was training for the KO which im not using as an excuse because i think he showed great heart. But he was training for a short fight, Jones showed up prepared and had a lot of fight in him. People like to discourage Brook more than credit Jones

Why do you keep bringing Broner up? He's one of my least favorite active fighters. I'd be happy to see almost every other fighter around his weight class knock him cold. You don't need to keep bringing him up as if I'm some sort of fanboy of his who gets angry by it. I scored the fight with Paulie a draw. I thought Ponce de Leon deserved to beat him. While I can point that out, that doesn't mean I can officially change his record. You do that all the time and have been doing so for months and months. I call you out on it. You assume I'm a Broner fanboy and bring his name up in every thread where he was previously unmentioned. Quit promoting his name value.

And did he try to quit against Maidana? Interesting opinion there. It seemed to me that any intelligent boxing mind would be able to see he was trying to squeeze a 5 minute break and possibly a point deduction out of it. If he wanted to quit, he could have told the referee that he couldn't continue and would have been awarded a DQ victory. But he didn't. So what you're saying isn't true. If anything, as you call it, that is Broner "passing a gut check" and continuing to fight a hard punching slugger knowing he is down wide on points with a free easy way out to victory that he did not take.
