These were not "primary predictions" but comments on Elvizz's predictions. As a Bute connaisseur, drozzy sees Froch as underdog (i.e. he's less probable to win) but recognizes he does have also a significant probability to win (i.e. he's not an almost certain loser of a highly uneven fight, as the other commented predictions). Say 60%/40% for Bute or so.

Bute has 1.50 odds to win this,Froch has 2.50.A bit higher on Bute an lower on Froch on uk markets,but that's just cause brits are stupid and they bet on their guy so there's no point in having a high odd on Froch if everyone is betting on him.
