Yeah, Fury was, erm, different to the more conventional ones I suppose.:yep I love the lighter weights, so Vic was always going to capture my interest, he's an intriguing character too. Even if he did beat Mijares I still have a soft spot for him. Speaking of El Diamante, get him in there!
if he didnt post on here im sure the majority of ppl would agree with my comments about him, i dont rate him hes slow fisted, slow footed plodder iv seen nothing about me that tells me hes going to go very far if u compare him to ishmail salakh theres a world of difference,, the only thing ppl are going to remember bellew for was his theatrical outburst during the press conference with cleverly
Having seen him go through a training session I think people are going to be surprised next week. His speed and footwork looked vastly improved. It wont be as exciting as the first fight.
I really like the concept, but feel that this article was too much boy meets girl and had 2 wonderful kids. I would have like to have heard how he manages his diet bearing mind he fights at 12.7, but was 15 stone as a teenager. Has he thought that cruiser weight would be an easier way of achieving his goals. Is he still a doorman in between fights? or does he have a day job and does it conflict with his training I like your articles and keep up the good work.
Cheers mate. Just thought his family came across as his driving force and as such I focused on it. The diet angle will be covered in FF but he is a full-time pro now, was an accountant working for the council I believe after being a doorman but no second job now. Lots of extra stuff I wasnt able to fit inc his dads views
