Manuel Ortiz is now in freefall for anyone who wants to make a case for him.

Mike Gibbons in Tier VI - seperated from his brother by an entire tier and about a dozen spots.

Dick Tiger drops down a slot as does Sanchez, who is now ranked alongside Hopkins.

How do we feel about Mike Gibbons>Bernard Hopkins>Dick Tiger?

Ortiz wouldn't make my top 100.

    YCIII would.

Also; I moved Wilde out of V into IV. It doesn't make any difference to his ranking as I see it - literaly, in terms of numbers - but i want to keep the individual tiers managable in size.

Pedroza had a seven year title reign at featherweight; and is pretty easily top ten at an Original Eight division, imo. I say he can be slotted into top 80-100, and not look totally out of place.

I think Pedroza might ******t some discussion at the very end. But i don't think a list with him at #108 is outrageous based upon the names remaining us. I think he might pop up at the very end.

How do you see Vincente Saldivar in relation to him?

We've less than 20 spots left to us after we sort the two bottom tiers.

I see Pedroza and Saldivar occupying spots from 90-100.

I see Jake LaMotta occupying a spot in the Top 100, too.

See I have Saldivar above Pedroza - and things are getting really, really tight now.

But once we have a hundred we'll have another tier and thrash it out. Cases will need to be made though. No writing a name and saying who he should be above. Not that you did that Drew, but you understand what i'm saying.

I've been sticking up for Patterson's chin since before Bodhi registered.

SO come on BE, pick a name in the holding pen and tell me about it.

Good to see panama Al get in

Still think Mandell and berg should be in the holding area and de la Hoya is way to high he beat smaller fighters mostly past their best till 99 then when fighting boxers more of his own size his win record is patchy

I do. What of Jake LaMotta, though...

I can live with Pedroza's exclusion, but it's tough to omit a guy who holds victories over Zivic and Williams and some guy originally named Walker Smith...

I agree, LaMotta will get his chance - he wouldn't make my list though. For me, he's below Marshall, who kicked his ass.

To be honest I am surprised berg and Mandell are struggling to get in but I am more shocked that de la Hoya is that high he might just scrape in the top 100 might but his record if you look was very cleverly put together until 99 terry lawless could not of picked fighters to fight at the right time and weight any better
