Yup & the WBO. Klitschko is the consensus number one but sadly still only holds one third of the title.
He has 3 belts & the other guys have 1 each. All the belts have been equally useless & the rankings used by the IBO or the WBO aren't any worse than those of the WBA or the WBC. Besides, Wladimir already beat Samuel Peter, one of the other beltholders. Common sense really. :roll:
