Muhammad never gave Jimmy Young or Jean Pierre a rematch?

^ I'm glad Ali didn't give Young a rematch as their fight was boring as all hell. I can't and don't want to imagine a sequel.

Young was one of the best of his 70s, one of the most underrated heavyweights of all time. I actually would have liked to see a rematch with Ali. Ali would have scaled down for the rematch, he always did. It probably wouldn't have been a thriller, but it would have at least been an interesting chess match. Even at his best, though, I would never favor Ali vs. 1976-1977 Jimmy Young, impossible.

I think the rematch would have been a good fight, ali , who knows? I don't think he would be much different than the first fight. Young I think would rise to the occasion. He knew he beat ali the first time, I think he would beat him more decisively to insure the win. But who knows if the"yd give it to him
