    Olympic style boxing does absolutely nothing to prepare for the professional ranks anymore. Outside of Andre Ward, there hasn't been a complete fighter come out of the Olympics in years. It has turned into a slap boxing competition and I have a hard time watching it.

    It's not like Mexico or Puerto Rico dominate in the amatuer ranks either, but in the professional ranks they are great.

    Exactly this Olympic boxing is a joke most of these guys who medal don't turn into anything in the pros anyway. With Ward Gamboa Lara and Rigo are the lone exceptions recently.

    not really. I haven't seen anybody in the LW division who I think will be able to phuck with Jose Ramirez in the pros except for "Mr Perfect" from Russia.

    Or team is the most pro ready team of anybody :bbb
