Najib Daho. A decent fighter from the 80's who was a British super feather champ. Had a yoyo career, but was very good to watch and could give you big problems on his best night. He KO'd Pat Cowdell in their first fight, got a shot at Barry Michael for the IBF strap and gave a good account of himself. That was a nice ITV tribute shorty after he died in the early 90's.

Nope, heard good things about it though, but just haven't had the chance. Not a big TV watcher if i'm honest.

episode 11 now, growing abit tired of it TBF, ill stick it out to end tho, just not enough mob action for my liking:-(

its normally just a normal programme then in the last 10 minutes it springs into life

No probs, LP. Those were great times. What domestic level champ would get a tribute on terestrial tv these days. Absolutely none.

    Vs. Bizzaro.

Just a random thought, even thoughI havent seen much of him, I think Luis concepcion is one of the most the raw world champion ive ever seen. He probably needs better coaching becuase he obviously hasnt learned anything with his current one. In his fight with Marquez which i watched today, he did not throw anything else besides a pawing jab, followed by a big telegraphed right hand. He used no head movement whatsoever, which you usually see in latino world champions, and ate combinations. I see potential there, but its obvious he reached world level relying almost solely on his power, heart and chin. Maybe better coaching is the way to could his flaws.

Watched Acosta vs Rios last night...

Good action throughout the fight but Rios simply too heavy a puncher to trade with for so long...

I noticed that when I was watching the Marquez fight, he was constantly looking to land that big right without making any real attempt to soften up Marquez first.
