you may well sniff but the BoxRec rating whilst throwing up plenty of anomalies its is based on an unbiased mathematical equation and there are no fighters in the top 150 with less fights Levan.

So what you can take from that is that he is being moved pretty quickly and his team have confidence in him

 

I'm not knocking Ghvamichava, far from it. I merely struggle to put any credence in a rankings system that had Andre Dirrell in the top 10 pound for pound(amongst other bizarre placings), mathematically based or otherwise, I don't care how they're done, they aren't very credible.
