So which one was the worst. Don't take into cosideration the level of fighters, just the look of the cuts and how it affected an injured boxer. Vitali vs Lewis Fury vs Wallin Tszu vs Fundora Wardley vs Clarke All cuts were awful, blood was streaming through the wounds, faces were bloody mess. And all of those cuts occured pretty early in the fights. Interestingly, only Lewis vs Vitali was stopped and others fights went on and lasted 12 rounds despite horrible cuts.

All the cuts were bad and looked horrible but from a physiological point of view none of them were threatening long term....all fights could continue. Should have let the Vitali fight go on a little longer I wreckon. The small eyelid cuts which your average joe would think are the "less severe" cuts which both Fury & Vitali had were probably the more "dangerous" cuts. Damage to eyelid and tearducts are what the doctors are worried about. Some lip cuts are pretty bad where they could tear open to such an extent it going to cause long term issues. Is it worth losing viable tissue then requiring fairly extensive plastic surgery? probably not which is what doctors will be looking at. Ultimately it's very rare that a cut should stop a fight. If you're 5 fights into your career and get a forehead vagina like Badou Jack it's probably better to call it quits and comeback to fight another day.
Of those it's Vitali-Lewis. This content is protected I could never confirm it but it has been said that when he closed his eye, his eyeball was visible through the bottom cut in his top eyelid.

If memory serves me well Vitali suffered a cut right at lower left frontal region of the mind whereas, conversely, I believe that Belly suffered a cut to the lower right frontal region of the mind Tszyu suffered a cut to the upper central frontal region of the mind or slightly to the upper right hand frontal region of the mind Whereas, Fabio suffered two broken nostrils and suffered a cut on the bridge of his snout You're trying to equate very different things here
Jack's cut was the gaping I've seen. Would say from this list, Vitali's was the most grotesque because of the roast beef quality.
