Theophane responds - Gavin needs to get in line

Theophane has earned his title shot the hard way and he fully deserves to pick and choose his fights. He is also riding high in the world rankings following his win over Delvin Rodriguez, so all that talk about a world title shot is not pie in the sky.

Why should he put his hard earned world rankings at risk for a domestic title scrap when he has fought so hard to get where he is????

 

In other words, he's too dangerous, I will fight him if I have! to, but if I can get out of it, I will.

 

Nothing wrong with that. He's doing what's best for him.

 

Theophane can't keep the title hostage at the end of the day. He either has to man up and fight contenders and prove himself worthy of keeping the belt, or if he's moving up in the world good luck to him but he should vacate. Gavin is a legit contender for this title.

 

you have some obsession with brook, saying any decent fighter will beat him:huh who has gavin beat then if brook has beat nobody? it's warren's fault he isn't getting big fights! brook is very talented, has good boxing ability and hit's hard, i knw he is fighting donuts at the minute but when he steps up he will show his class..oh yeh and 95% of people on here seem to dislike brook and think he is going nowhere so stop chatting ****

 

After beating Lomax and a handful of fights?? Not by my reckoning.
