When fighters don't thank god or their lord and saviour Jesus Christ during their post-fight interviews. I also find it really annoying when they don't speak about themselves in the third person, too. :patsch

Tete is the best but butler was drugged. That was the battle between 1 and 2.

I would just like to thank my family and the good Lord for all the posts I have had on my quiet honestly flaky and self indulgent thread.

This kind of thing really gives me the ****s.

the way some people carry on about some boxers after the score some impressive knockouts really turns me off them.

Guys like Lucas Matthysse for example.
Under different circumstances I'd likely be a big fan but after reading all the nonsense like "Lucas is a BEAST! Danny wont last 3 rounds!" or "Lucas really has really underestimated boxing skills" blah blah

Then when they get beaten it goes to "oh Danny got lucky" "if it wasn't for thumbing his eye" blah blah....

I now find myself almost always cheering for Lucas' opponents. For no real sensible reason either. Just coz of the fanatical fans loosing their minds over a few nice KO's annoys the hell out of me.

Same thing happened for me with Lomachenko. the hype the fan boys gave to him before he even accomplished anything in the pro's (granted I'm aware he has the potential could live up to it) turned me right off and now I'm hoping Rigondeaux moves up and takes him to a 1 sided school spanking.

How about when they dare thank someone before Al Haymon? :-(

    GGG fanatics/apologist.

The way the cuddle, defend, and worship this 33 year old man and his disgrace of a boxing record is embarrassing.

Strange thing to cringe at, he's a great fighter. A lot left to prove but he has the goods.

He's also entertaining, always respectful, fights whoever will sign and likes to fight 3-4 times a year on nonPPV. It really confuses me, the amount of hate the guy gets.

    Am I a GGG fanatic/apologist?

I've actually rooted against him 3-4 times and would have to say I'm pretty much neutral toward him overall, but I acknowledge what a special talent he is.

Mainly stuff like Broner, Berto and Ortiz being called the second coming of god and the gullible buy it because Max Kellerman said so, when they are clearly journeymen level fighters tops, but anyone who beats them gets a big payday in their next few fights..

I also think Mayweather's 24/7 or All Access act is annoying.

I also hate the PED apologists and how it goes so unpunished most of the time.

Good point, there are hardly any fighters who I genuinely dislike and root against. Broner is one of maybe 2 or 3.
