    he will be okay ib. I think de mori is tougher then people give him credit for. Punch resistance wise i mean.

    Just watched yesterday's fight again and then YouTubed Haye v Monte Barrett for a comparison. Haye is now noticeably slower in hand and footwork and this raises concerns for me. Haye's defence was always based around mobility - hands low so he could see the punches coming - and fast feet to evade, combined with good head movement. A slower Haye is not going to be as effective defensively unless he changes to blocking punches more. That's a big change to make at this stage of his career.

    How does one have less problems with derek than haye had ? I fully believe his toe took that wlad fight more than wlad did

    I agree with almost everything said here. He looked vicious, he looked too big and noticeably slower. Would like to see him closer to 220lbs. By the way, Haye didn't put on weight to increase power, I read he did it to avoid injuries when dealing with heavier opponents.

    He seems too heavy - was a little too flat footed IMO - but he will probably drop a bit by next fight
