70 nanograms is .07 parts per million. That is beyond miniscule. He passed on the 7th, 8th and 11th, and had detectable amounts on the 27th. 7 parts per million is ridiculously minute, it isn't impossible that he used in the two weeks between tests, but that level of concentration isn't what you would expect to be representative of a week or two of continued use. I'd be interested to see what the lab detection limits were for the tests. It isn't completely out of the question that the lab had detection limits set for the lowest allowable concentration 1 microgram/1 ppm....detections below that threshold would be reported as non detect (negative). The latest test could have been without RDL's in place, a zero tolerance threshold, which reports any trace amount detected. He definitely used the stuff. But it's metabolite detection time isn't reliably known at this point. and 7 ppm is such a minute amount that it's hard to believe he used much, if any at all in the two weeks between tests, given it's effective half life is relatively known and accepted, while it's detection time is being disputed, yet evidence suggests it is relatively long. The ban was recent. There was a grace period where 1 to 15 micrograms was allowable until March 1st, and then below 1 microgram allowable after that time, which he is under.
