I don't think you can consider a miscarriage anything like a murder or manslaughter they way you can for someone outside the womb. Legally, I mean. He's in for a huge CIVIL suit, but criminally I don't think anything extra will happen to him because of this.
Yes its completely possible to tie the miscarriage to the accident as it was due to a lack of fluid, and she had just been to the dr days before and was completely fine. Yes it can be considered the same as killing a born child, see Scott Peterson. Don't know how they will charge him. Awful situation.
I've only played it once on ps3, and since it was on my friends PS3 I think it was his user name, there must be an imposter. I suspect foul play.:think
If he had been diagnosed when the police took him to the hospital for evaluation, not guilty by reason of insanity is a possible outcome. I thought he would get probation and a revoked license before, but avoiding jail will probably now require more than diminished responsibility.
She's also 38 and could just have likely been dried out due to her advanced old age. Pregnancy that old is always risky. It's a stretch to say Rampage caused the miscarriage.
You are correct with her advanced age, but that just means the accident had a greater chance in causing the miscarriage.
I can see your point but the accident can could also have caused this mitigating circumstance. I guess its impossible to say without any shadow of a doubt that the accident did cause the miscarriage but thats up to there lawyers to prove. Any women over 30`s i believe are classified as old mothers.
http://mma-core.com/handlers/NewsViewer.ashx?nid=1001810&tid=101 Things don't look to bright for Rampage, something like this could hang over him for the rest of his life...and court and civil cases for years.
