What ****ing fight were you watching? His only problem is a lack of defense (wich makes it exctiting for us by the way...). He can throw any kind of punch. And he does throw a lot.
Him not even using his size and still being that effective just shows potentially how good he can be.. You're just a hater for no reason.. Boxing fans, no matter where you are from, shouldn't hate on a guy like PW... He has a great chin, great heart, a good attitude and is exciting to watch! Any hate for him is just out of line! Its not like we are saying hes the best fighter in the world! But he is definitely a force to be reckoned with, and I cannot wait to watch him again in the future... as a boxing fan
There is nothing worse than posters who defend people as if they have a personal connection with them. And resort to immature name calling instead of boxing logic.
If u seen Mayweather's career fights, u would know Mayweather does better against bigger guys. Bigger fighters bring the best out of Mayweather.
I don't think Williams looked bad. It's just Phillips that makes you look terrible which he couldn't accomplish because Williams was just too big to get it done. Remember the guy has been around for 20 years. Thats a long time. Santos, Dzinziruk, Spinks are all harder fights though for obvious reasons. Santos can pack a punch, has deceptive speed and counters well. Dzinziruk has a southpaw style where he is very sharp, doesn't take chances and can control a guy to win a decision. Spinks is a very good boxer himself who has made bigger opponents look terrible. I'd like to see all three of those fights. No complaints if Williams moves back to 160 either.
Uhhh...isn't that true? You can't **** on Williams for draining weight, then defend Margarito. It's ridiculous.
I dont know if he is brilliant. But he is winning and he is fun to watch. You're just another clear case of a hater. If you don't like boxing, just don't watch it.
