Freddy-wak is obviously a biased moron. I suggest ignoring him is the best way to go.

i think it was the jcc jr. - celaya fight that the lights went off during the fight. that was a classic boxing mafia in action. cheating at its best.

And Rubio is yet another carefully handpicked(by his experienced father, he knows a lot about bums, check his record) opponent who he needs to cheat against to impress losers. Jr. is a disgrace to this sport and it's a bigger disgrace that he holds a major title.

They don't test in Texas. WBC rules call for it so it becomes their responsibility. Probably a reason the fight was in Texas was so they could get away with this.

Chavez taking drugs to make weight is poor judgement on his part and he should move up to 168. However it dont take away the fact that the young man has the heart of a fighter and great potential. He's young and I suspect that he's being influenced into making these bad choices. Im not willing to hate on him at this point.

    Sounds just like Sulaiman.
As long as he's in charge (and I'm sure he's got about three generations ready to step in) it will take a clean, full count sparkle KO to dethrone Jr from a WBC belt.
Even then he'd probably come up with a false positive **** test on the guy who does it!

    Another good post KC.
I still haven't heard a decent excuse for the whole Martinez debacle.
Did you see how quick Sulaiman was in Jr's corner after the fight?
The only reason I dislike Chavez Sr was because he seemed to get too many favours from the WBC.He was a fabulous fighter but was just a bit tainted for me.
Jr is not a fabulous fighter and unlike his dad, needs all the favours Jose can give him.
