Good hw, solid competitor. I didn't watch him at light heavyweight but I enjoyed his heavyweight fights. His loss to vitali Klitschko may be klits defining fight. That says a lot about hylanders heart.
Very solid cruiserweight who had absolutely no business moving to heavy. Probably one of the best Polish boxers, just behind Tiger.
He's the type of fighter that justifies a top 20 pfp list, because he would've been on most 11-20 lists for a handful of years. Similar to a Soto, in a way.
Goral, The Highlander Adamek was a warrior and a very good boxer. Had big wins at LHW and CW. I was doing a lot of work in Poland when he was fighting and he was very popular back home.
Looked very formidable when he fought Golota, but the tear up with Arreola effected his punch resistance. Same thing will happen to that puny Usyk if he keeps fighting these huge behemoths. Adamek could have had a similar career to Haye, if he fought the same opponents.
Haye was a master salesman; good looking, spoke well and clearly and was always confident. He had crossover appeal.
