Canelo is far harder to beat than Wilder, did you see his rematch with Fury?

nobody is happy when they log in every day and post negative, negative, negative...
at least have enough insight to not comment on threads that are going to trigger your downward spiral (i.e. floyd).
    life's too short.

That's besides the point Mark. The point is Team Wilder used to spring the short camp tactic on some of his opponents.

You believe that bull? I'm tired of excuses, if BJS wants it, he knows where he can get the business. I'm tired of you haters making excuses for BJS and the rest of these chumps.

It's just not something I would put past Team Clenelo. As I said in my post I'm not really following the situation. Saunders is a diva and unstable himself I wouldn't totally rule out shennanigans from his side.

So you don't think Canelo will go down as a greater fighter than Kova and GGG? If not, then you don't know ****. Like him or not, Canelo has stepped in the ring with the best at 154 and 160. He could have stayed at 160 like GGG, but he's choosing to challenge himself against bigger fighters. If you can't respect, then you are not a boxing fan, but simply a Canelo hater

I think you should leave his days at 154 out of this since he was out-boxed by Floyd and won a couple of controversial decisions at that weight he is far better at 160 now.

    I agree with this

    Had BJS took the fight
    A. He wouldnt have been in tip top fighting shape and the entire camp would just have been a fat camp to make weight.
    B. He would be selling his belt for chump change. As no way in hell does he beat Canelo on points.

So the only reason why he would take the fight would be as a last cash out, in order to be able to retire with some pocket money.
In the longer run he can have a couple more fights, and the Canelo fight should still be there for him

All professional fighter should be ready to go with a 2 months notice. To be so out of shape that you need 4 to 6 months prep is on you the professional boxer.

Being out of shape is a lame excuse for any professional boxer.

The money/contract was complete rubbish supposedly.

Canelo low balled him methinks. Canelo has more to lose and now he's fighting his sparring friend Avni Yildirim for an easy belt.

That's a ridiculous thing to say. Leave out the entire first half of his career because he was outboxed by Floyd Mayweather at 22?

He's lost every time he's challenged himself, offically or unofficially, while holding most of the advantages.
