****ing UK, you mean? The **** does he know? All he know is that Pacquiao came from China and the "boy from the Bay" isnt Irish.
5 out of his last 8 fights have been outside Indonesia. Don't know a lot about this guy - just saying.
Awesome VID. Marquez won that fight BS hometown cooking and hometown ref! The GREAT Marquez was such a counter punching beast in his prime... no one wanted to touch him except the great Pacquiao. Morales and Barrera were trembling in fear hiding behind promoters at the though of Facing the Great Marquez... Marquez truly shows the level he operates at by consistently being on the P4P lists and facing top rated opposition of his Weight Classes... Legend we are seeing here. One of the best ATG's of all time from Mexico. :deal
Classy boxer. I thought Marquez beat him but it was close. Doesn't seem interested in taking on challenges anymore.
In April of 2011 he fought a guy that was giving Robert Guerrero hell. Trust me, it was a challenge that he took. Again, he fought Juarez twice in America, was jobbed out of a decision in the first match, immediately rematched him. That was 2009. O would call that two back-to-back risks. I believe he was quite ill in much of 2010, if I remember correctly. He fought Yordan in 2011. That was in Indonesia, but of course that's meaningless, as Yordan is also Indonesian. In his last six fights he fought two in his home country, being the defending champion and two in America, as the defending champion, one in Australia, as the defending champion and one in Japan, as the defending champion. He has both taken risks and left home. I don't know why people keep repeating the exact same factually incorrect information about Chris John. Not just factually incorrect, but easily verified as factually incorrect. Open for all to see, yet people keep feeling compelled to remark on the same issue that they're not even looking at the plain, open fact of. You can say he doesn't leave home all you want, it doesn't make it true. You can say he won't take a risk all you want, it doesn't make it true, gentlemen.
I really like him, I thought Marquez beat him but I like his style, a very smooth technical boxer. Wish the promoters wanted to make the best fights instead of wanting to protect their fighters No he wouldn't
rewatch john marquez, sturm vs oscar has nothing on it. one of the greatest robberys ever. marquez won basicly 10 out of 12 rounds and normaly when they announce the winner, they have both boxers standing side to side the referee, there was only john standing next to the ref., the scenario was well played out before the fight. **** chris john
Very good boxer, not great power but works well behind the jab. Not prepared to travel and has avoided the major fights. To me he has wasted his career.
