Thurman better hope the ref allows holding. Otherwise he is getting worn down and possibly stopped.

Porter's style doesn't personally turn me on much, but he's all wrong for Thurman. Thurman doesn't have the tools or discipline to box and maintain distance to control Porter, like Brook did. Porter will keep Thurman guessing and hesitant with his shifty pressure, Thurman won't know how to deal with Porter when he's in his face, he'll be thrown off any game plan of setting up his power, then Porter backs him up and outworks him.

Thurman will run away every round and use his counterattack style to fight Porter.

I'd love to see it as Porter's style annoys me. If Thurman can 'run'/move laterally on the outside better than he has at times Porter could be chasing him for most of the fight. With Thurman possibly even catching him and hurting him.

Thurman has conditional power. If he given plenty of room to lunge in sure but he doesn't have that power on his back foot or in close. His power is there but has been exaggerated.

Thurman has a very solid power (only Spence has more power at WW) and technique, but his chin is questionable (heart too).....

If he wins, Thurman-Spence would be a good fight.
