look i dont hate Bradley, i personally think he can beat khan and would have been rooting for him, but for him to go on HBO and accuse khan of running and talk all this bull**** then not fight him is a ***** move.

Without Shaw? - How so? Of course it would, but where's this guarantee that he would have got the Pacquiao fight? Also, Amir said himself, that he'll never be offering him the deal he offered the first time. He got desperate for an opponent, so offered him 50% of the PPV shiz to draw him in, but Bradley got greedy and decided against it. He said himself.. " if it's worth $2M right now, imagine what this fight will be worth a year down the line" Thing with that is, who's to say Amir won't get beat or Bradley himself during that time? And he still shouldn't have called Khan out. He said himself that it was a mistake.
He could have made a few million in few weeks mate but has made Sweet FA instead.:yep If he was confident of beating Khan, why not fight him and then be in a stronger position to negotiate with Bob and GBP? He was not obligated to stay with Shaw if he signed to fight Khan. I thought you would like him to have earned his shot at Pac...
Thats the gamble he's taking Laz. If the Pac fight happens then he was right, if not then he hasn't lost a great deal. Khan will more than likelystill be there for him. As for "calling out".....:O(
Just being realistic Scott, I think Pac-Bradley is a poor fight. Its like when the Setanta money fell though for Hayes purse against Wlad and people were saying "if he was confident of winning he'd take the fight for nothing..." Look how that panned out. Haye pulled out of the fight then lost but cleared £10m.
I think that's a different kettle of fish. Bradley was getting a career high payday for Khan. It was a good deal considering he can't sell for ****. So he sits and waits with his fingers crossed praying for a big payday against a guy fighting in November. Haye raised his profile and made a lot of money on his own back unlike Bradley who is in limbo hoping to make cash for being another opponent to Pacquaio.
Not a fan of this move by Bradley. He should have fought Khan plain and simple. I'm not a believer in the 'lets wait around for a better fight and not risk it' theory. It might never come. Fair enough if he signs to fight Pacquiao tomorrow but thats unlikely.
Is he ducking Khan? Yeah, he doesn't look to be fighting anyone else anytime soon, the fight makes sense. Is he making the right move for his $$$ stake, yes. He knows Khan is high risk, losing would diminish his chances big time. You do get the sense with all his blabbering 'if the money is right', how many times how you heard that? That a lot of the love for the game is about the money and not the legacy. But many great fighters have done the same , on the other side many great fighters would have fought Khan and taken the risk. i.e not milk it. Think about Froch and his first title defence, he could have milked it and made money off half decent opponents, but took the chance against Taylor and in the end it paid off (only just!) and is now making much more money than he would have. Then on he flip side you got Burns who's milking it, but I don't blame him because you also have to consider how much money they have (Bradley has millions by now, Burns is probably in 6 figures) and how good they are.
