Exactly! The other deserving fighters needs to work their way into the list . . . positions in the p4p list are not rewarded . . . it has to be earned.
I suggest you guys send/email a protest letter to Ring Magazine rankings committee why Donaire is included in their top 10 P4P list... I have the email address if you want it... .
close? 114-113 could easily been 116-112 due to the wrong call. It was a clear push and not a KD..that is a three point swing...8-4 is not close imo...i scored it 9-3 if i would not follow the KD
Hasegawa needs to go out of Japan to prove his worth among the elite fighters. He needs to step up competition by unifying the bantam division and fighting worthy contenders like Mares, Montiel, Penaloza, etc.
**** him. he should fight outside of his comfort zone first. he said it himself that he wants to come to america, he has to do it. hes so ****ing talented he has to make his name at the world stage or be known as the next big thing after harada
Why hold him to a higher standard than most guys get held to here? Japan (and Asia as a whole) actually produces some good talent at the lower weights. Hasegawa's a damned good fighter. Guys who are actually both great fighters and willing to travel outside of their comfort zone are, frankly, a dying breed. Those who do it deserve more credit than they get for it because they're in the minority these days.
:good i agree. hasegawa should be known internationally, he has been dominating bw for a while, he should showcase his skills in the US just like what pacquiao, john, and even donaire did.
If he's really that good, he should come to where the action is. Fight the elites outside of Japan. As they say, Muhammad should go to the mountains, and not the mountains to Muhammad. Anyway, he should take a page from Valero's career. Valero has gone out of Japan to seek greater heights in his career.
and how is that possible if you pole's keep on hitting below the belt, right mr golota?? oh what the irony
Businesswise, if he wants to cement his legacy as a great fighter he should fight the elites in Vegas. Fighting in homeland won't dispel the suspicions of hometown decisions especially in a close fight.
:deal it also proves that no matter where you fight, you dont give a **** because youre a great fighter
