    ... Acknowledge the greats.

    1920s flyweights and bantamweights:

    Frankie Genaro
    Newsboy Brown
    Kid Williams
    Pancho Villa
    Fidel LaBarba
    Bud Taylor

This is where the real meat is at.

    I am with you here.

Some of these guys are not even in the IBHOF.

Can you believe it - there are flyweight lists out there without Frankie Genaro in the top ten. I don't claim to be an expert on flyweights, but I know more than enough to know he should be in there.

It's a very nice era for sure, but what can you expect, The lighter weight fighterrs usually get ****ed over.

'60s through '80s was one of the the golden periods for those divisions and despite the footage being far more abundant than the earlier era's, there are still loads of top fighters who won't even make the ballot.

Newsboy Brown is not in the hall.

The people on the voting pannel should be horse whipped.

You're right. He's not. I was going through the updated one and came across a few unexpectees, thought he was one of them.

I also checked out the World Boxing Hall of Fame. Absolute ****. Lou Nova's in there.

Tommy Farr (a fighter I rate verry highly) keeps getting on the balots for the IBHOF but guys like Jeff Clark and Dave Holly never even get nominated.

There are a few who should get in there (Joyce, Kansas etc.). Naturally, heavyweights get most of the praise. There is no way Jess Willard should feature. Or Ken Norton, or Ingemar Johansson, and so on.

I have stated a thread about fighters who should be in the hall and I would be interested by your input.
