I have a feeling that your stance is all jacked up. You're probably coming in wide open. Fix your stance, fix the problem.

Stance isn't a problem bro. I still beat this guy in sparring I just wanted tips on how to deal with the uppercut.

If you're getting hit with a left uppercut, 9 times outta 10, it's your stance that's jacked up, especially if he manages to counter your jab with a left uppercut.

Without seeing you, I'd say you need to work on your defense when coming in, and if you're on the outside, trying to keep him out, you may have some serious fundamental problems with your game.

    I don't know, I guess it depends.

Don't worry about this guy though. He can't fight and he can't please a woman.

Look at how insecure he is.

He gets his ass beat everyday.

As above, lean to the left with my hips and catch the uppercut with my glove and shoulder, uncoil and counter with the left hook to the head. I may consider popping a lead right every time he leans in for the uppercut as well
