I prefer a rematch with Masrgarito for Cotto Tito has been done long before the Jones fight.

I hope that any Cotto fan the supports this realizes that the catch-weight excuse that was used for the Pac fight becomes null and void; especially if Cotto were to beat up a drained Tito. :deal

    wow. no ****??

i dunno what would be more surprising...to see cotto that high or tito that low. either way i just can't see this happening. cotto seems to have options, tito has few if any.

tito has a much better shot of getting vargas in the ring at smw than of this happening. but hey...make some noise, stay in the news, try and remain relevant...its what you gotta do sometimes if you are a fighter.

His performance against RJJ last year wasn't horrible by any means and that was at 170. He did look soft around the waist though and that makes me think that if he dedicated himself that he could probably still make 160.

Realistically if he were to make a comeback then 168 should probably be the aim.

Say it ain't so......well I suppose it is seeing how I just read it in El Nuevo Dia.
    The talk is 158 -164.

Cotto shouldn't take the fight....he has nothing to gain with the exception of being the Puerto Rican champ.

I thought Tito wanted another shot at Hopkins !!!!

Hopkins would be too much for Tito again. I would pay $29.99 for Tito vs Vargas 2

Tito has turned off a lot of fans over the past 6 years. He should've just stayed semi active at around 154/160 and he could have had a few decent paying fights and probably a belt or two in that time. instead, he looks to fight every 2 years or so to just grab cash with virtually no significance to any of the fights.

I agree with the above poster. He should fight Margo (around the same size) with their choice of handwraps

BS the reason Pavlik-Trinidad didnt happen in June 08 is because Tito couldnt make anything below 170. IMO that to is BS look at the love handles he had when he faced RJJ at 170 2 years ago. Train hard and Tito makes 160 easily and IMO could still be competitive in a weak divison.
