Pacquiao is a former Flyweight and Welterweight champion. That's not easy to do. If it was they would all do it. Nobody wants to be at Flyweight or Bantamweight because there is no money there because nobody cares about those weights. Inoue is a former Flyweight champ. And a current Batamweight champ. He fights in obscurity and nobody cares. If he could destroy Welterweights he would do it. But he cant do it. Donaire is a Flyweight champ. He tried to go higher for the money. He couldnt even cut it at Featherweight. He couldnt even handle Nicolas Walters FFS. And Pac ran through Cotto. Different class of fighter.
