    it's worth noting that they are repeating the gatti formula with pacquiao.

    I can't believe people were fooled by it

    Manny was allowed to feast on Floyd's leftovers and already wiped out opponents for the longest

    He actually makes a good point. People want to see entertaining, compelling matchups. Sometimes a fight like that happens that doesn't necessarily feature a matchup of the best against the best.

    arum and his matchmakers used similar formulas for dlh, floyd, cotto and pac. u don't get to the top without careful/selective match making. but in the case of pac...they got a bit more creative in their approach imo.

    You should only be surprised by this if you just started following boxing in the last 6 months or so and are getting acclimated to everything.
